These business units have arisen out of a deep understanding of customer needs, rather than as a business strategy in itself. The first business unit is the Software Distribution Team, aimed at providing one stop planning, budgeting and economical access to software licenses. Enterprise Software Support, which is our second unit, handles post sales, pre sales and solution selling activities, in co-ordination with the Software Distribution Team to deliver a rich customer experience. The third unit, Business Productivity Group, is aimed at ensuring that end users and knowledge workers are adequately empowered to take advantage of the numerous features and functionality from their software, in order to ensure tangible ROI and productivity enhancements. Too often, training stops with the IT team, which is ill equipped to translate the benefits of the software to end users and ensure adoption across the enterprise. Facilities Management Group, which is the fourth unit, provides customers with a single window onsite solution to plan, implement and maintain their networks, backed by the expertise and skills of a leading edge technology company.
