Based on our customer and market experience, we have organized ourselves into four business units. These business units have risen out of a deep understanding of customer needs. The first business unit is the Software Distribution Team, aimed at providing one stop planning, budgeting and economical access to software licenses. Enterprise Services, which is our second unit, handles post sales, pre sales and solution selling activities in co-ordination with the Software Distribution Team to deliver a rich customer experience. Too often, training stops with the IT team, which is ill equipped to translate the benefits of the software to end users and ensure adoption across the enterprise. The third unit, Business Productivity Group, is aimed at ensuring that end users and knowledge workers are adequately empowered to take advantage of the numerous features and functionality from their software, in order to ensure tangible ROI and productivity enhancements. The Cloud Consulting Group helps our customers to integrate cloud based IT delivery, both public and private into their IT roadmap and strategy.
