Our customer is India’s leading integrated logistics solutions provider. They have been providing end to end logistics solutions for more than fifty years now. They are the market leader in container freight movement, and have maintained this position in South India for the past several years. With more than a thousand users on their email platform, their archaic system was unable to support the expanding userbase. Their legacy collaboration platform was out of sync with their current business needs and end user demands. Also, the cost of maintaining the infrastructure was increasing day by day. Our customer felt the need for an alternate system to avoid loss of organizational productivity in their quest to maintain their market leadership position.
