A globally recognized ITES player, with a marquee MNC client base, our customer had grown by leaps and bounds by means of a laser sharp focus on building lasting and profitable customer relationships together with a deep commitment to R&D and customer orientation. Increasing size and spread of customers across the globe bought with it new challenges and demanded innovative ways of getting the best out of their existing IT infrastructure and resource pools.
As the pace of customer acquisition grew, so did the size and complexity of their server infrastructure.
